Mission & History
RiverFlowSport was founded with a single mission: to make sport accessible for everyone. We believe that every amateur team deserves a great place to play — without the hassle of phone calls, confusing pricing, or unavailable slots. Our platform connects passionate amateur athletes with sports venues across Canada, creating a seamless booking experience.
We started in 2021 with 12 venues in Toronto and have grown to over 2,800 venues in 47 cities. Our team is made up of sports enthusiasts, tech builders, and community organizers who believe in the power of sport to bring people together.
Platform Model
We are a sports venue catalog and booking platform. We do not own venues — we partner with independent venue operators and municipalities to list their facilities and make them discoverable and bookable online. Our revenue model is a small 8% commission on completed bookings, ensuring interests are aligned with both venue owners and teams.

Corporate Mission & Collaboration Details
At RiverFlowSport, we are deeply committed to elevating the quality, accessibility, and administrative efficiency of recreational sports systems for players across Canada. Our corporate journey began in early 2021 as a response to the severe logistical deficits encountered by amateur soccer, basketball, volleyball, and tennis clubs trying to access quality playing environments in Ontario. In major municipal areas, local parks and indoor complexes have historically been occupied by private sports schools, university teams, or professional development programs, leaving local recreation players to coordinate schedules through exhausting phone chains and incomplete online spreadsheets.
To solve this critical coordination gap, our technical team built the RFS booking engine, enabling instant scheduling sync, unedited un-professional photo audits, and secure deposit checkouts. Our revenue model charges an aligned 8% commission per transaction, meaning we succeed only when local venue operators are booking empty slots and amateur captains are enjoying prime playing spaces. We strictly reject stock photography and polished corporate visual representations inside our database, giving players authentic unedited details of field and court lines.
Our corporate partnerships division works in close alignment with Canadian municipalities, educational institutions, university facility managers, and private athletic operators to consolidate recreational resources. By listing verified facilities under our unified catalog, partners can easily automate booking checkouts, monitor peak demand analytics, and maximize on-site canteens and locker rooms. If you are interested in exploring commercial collaborations, league sponsorships, first-aid sponsorships, or sports equipment packages, connect with our partnerships manager at riverflowsport@atomicmail.io today.
