Real-time calendars and slot grids displayed on the Website are subject to change. A booking is only legally confirmed once a User receives a transaction confirmation email from RiverFlowSport containing a unique reference code. We are not liable for double-bookings, errors, or disputes occurring due to local internet latency or operator database sync delays.
4. No Liability for Venue Safety
Amateur captains and players visit and use courts entirely at their own risk. RiverFlowSport does not own, physically monitor, or secure any listed complexes. We hold absolutely no liability for personal injuries, physical sprains, property damage, or theft occurring on site. Teams are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate public liability insurance before play.
5. Disputes & Mediation Limits
RiverFlowSport acts solely as a transaction facilitator and is not a party to the contract between an amateur team and a venue operator. While we offer customer support and mediation in the event of cancellation conflicts, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our total legal liability is strictly capped at the Platform Fee amount collected for the specific booking in question.
